Wesley Francis Cox was arrested on Halloween night after he was caught videotaping a Boulder couple without permission from outside their home. Police said Cox tried to erase the videotape while he was being restrained by neighbors, but was unsuccessful.

Cox was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing, unlawful sexual contact and invasion of privacy, police said. On Nov. 15, police obtained a search warrant to review the videotape, which allegedly showed women undressing form outside their windows.

Police also found dozens of women's undergarments at Cox's home. Police are asking for help identifying the underwear: see photos on City of Boulder Police's website.

Meanwhile, CU students express feeling unnerved to learn about Cox.
